Activation Policy
Information regarding software activation, hardware binding, and transferring your license to a new device.
1. Hardware Binding
When you activate your license, it is associated with a unique identifier generated from your device's core components. This ensures that the software is used in accordance with our single-device licensing terms.
Licenses are non-transferable between users and cannot be simultaneously active on multiple devices.
2. System Changes & Reinstallations
Standard operating system updates, reinstallation of Windows, or minor hardware upgrades (such as adding memory or changing storage drives) will not affect your license activation. Your license will continue to function normally.
3. Transferring Your License
If you purchase a new computer or replace major core components (such as the motherboard), your existing license will require a reset to function on the new hardware. Users are eligible for one complimentary license transfer per 12-month period.
- You must request the transfer via our support channel using your registered email.
- Once approved, the license will bind to the new device upon activation.
- The license on the previous device will be deactivated.
