Our refund policy regarding digital software licenses and service subscriptions.

1. Digital Software Purchases

Due to the nature of digital software delivery and instant license activation, all purchases are generally considered final. Once a license key has been issued and activated on your device, we are unable to process a return or refund for the software.

2. Billing Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy are made in the event of verifiable billing errors, such as a duplicate charge.
